- Is a charitable haunt raising food donations for Haldimand Caring Cupboard food bank.
- 2010 over 800lbs. of food was raised for Haldimand Caring Cupboard
- Is a non profit charitable haunt.
- Non recoverable costs to run the haunt throughout Halloween season range from $500 - $800 per season
- Visitors can choose intensity of scare in doctor's lair... green button more children / family friendly, red button NOT CHILDREN FRIENDLY
- Over $30,000 has been invested into Creepsville since 2006
- Is a completely non contact/hands off haunt. Therefore there is no grabbing, touching or any other contact from both our patrons and actors.
- Takes place in a residential neighborhood so please respect the properties of our neighbors as they have been very supportive of us.
- Has long range plans of being grown to a seasonal haunt running two to three months out of the year within the Haldimand / Norfolk County  boundaries.
- Hearse is a 1981 Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse with 368 cc V8 engine
- Set up begins Labor day weekend and is completed by mid October
